The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MOE), is implementing an e-Learning project through the e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited (e-LJAM), an agency of OPM. The project is aimed at transforming the educational environment in Jamaica by enabling the high schools, as well as the Teachers' Colleges throughout Jamaica, to take full advantage of information and communication technologies in the classroom and home to improve learning. The project is utilizing funds made available through the Universal Access Fund.

e-LJAM is inviting proposals from providers to supply  :  Mobile Interactive whiteboards solutions to be used in schools under the project.

The bid documents will be available from Thursday March 25, 2010 on the website www.e-ljam.net and the bidding process is expected to last no longer  than 2 months.

Tenders will close on Wednesday April 21, 2010 at 3:00 pm.
